Service Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation

When you book a tour or service through our Site, you will receive a confirmation email. This email serves as your receipt and confirmation of your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Maslyanaya Bulka Tourism. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Maslyanaya Bulka Tourism, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;
• Any content obtained from the Site; and
